Teriyaki Salmon Salad

4 (6-oz.) salmon fillets
¼ cup teriyaki glaze
6 cups mixed greens
¾ cup fresh blueberries
¾ cup shredded or julienned carrots
Bottled sesame salad dressing
½ cup Salad Pizazz!® Dried Blueberries & Honey Pecans
Heat oven to 425°F. Arrange salmon on parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with teriyaki glaze. Bake 15 minutes or until desired doneness.
Meanwhile, toss greens with blueberries and carrots. Divide among 4 plates; top with salmon. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with the Salad Pizazz!® Dried Blueberries & Honey Pecans.
